After a planning team creates the company's strategic action plans, they often neglect taking their strategic planning process to the next level and answering How are we doing?

They comprehend the need to spend time, resources and energy to design a strategic plan for the future, but after the excitement of the planning session fades, they get back into the day-to-day routine. They often lack the additional time and more importantly the follow-up necessary to keep them on task and bring their plan's initiatives to fruition.

By participating in Part 2, we will help the following key players:

• Executive Director/Administrator - Monitor the progress of implementing the strategic plans, discuss organizational barriers, and offer suggestions to address logistics and/or leadership issues.

• Department Managers - Support and coach the champions and their project teams for implementing their action plans, while managing their time and resources.

Length: At least 10 hours of support and coaching will be offered each quarter (at three, six and nine months after Part 1). Additional time can be made available as needed.
