Since 1989, Michele has been a consultant in the senior living industry, working with over 50 retirement communities managed by Life Care Services, LLC. Each year she inspires the attitudes and actions of 1000’s of professionals in long-term care throughout the United States. Regardless of the type of audience she is working with, Michele has the ability to challenge minds and touch hearts.

Michele is the founder and president of Inspiring Solutions with offices in Des Moines, IA. She is a recognized expert for facilitating strategic planning, strengthening teamwork and enhancing customer service.

Through 15 years of experience working with board of directors, department directors, staff and even residents, she has developed a model to assure organizational, leadership and team effectiveness called the Keystones to Success™ (see pyramid below).

She is known as The Attitude Adjuster for her published work on the topic of attitudes. Her best-selling book Attitude: The Choice is Yours is in its 6th printing.

She created an award-winning video training program called Bad Apples: Dealing with Difficult Attitudes.

Throughout the year, Michele speaks at numerous state and national association conferences.
