A
born-leader, Michele has provided state and national
leadership in several associations such as the
National Speakers Association (NSA) and the American
Society for Training & Development (ASTD). In fact,
she helped charter the NSA-Iowa Chapter in 2000 and
serves as the 2002-3 chapter president and national
liaison to the NSA Board of Directors. She is a
Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Only 10% of the
4,000 NSA members worldwide have passed the rigorous
criteria to attain the CSP designation. |
She was
recently honored as an Iowa Up and Comer and
Outstanding Young Iowan. In 2001, she was one of 30
professionals selected for Leadership Iowa, sponsored
by the Association of Business and Industries. In
addition to being a successful business owner, Michele
gives time, talent and financial support to numerous
charitable and community organizations. |

In 2000, H.O.M.E. Inc. recognized her as their Volunteer of the
Year and in 2000, she was The Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society – Woman of the Year Runner-Up. Michele is
internationally recognized as The Attitude Adjuster
because of her extensive published work and experience
with enhancing people’s attitudes.
