If your orientation process could use an overhaul,
Michele can work with you through any or all four phases of
implementation:
1. Audit – taking an inventory of what you are
currently doing and using for resources in your
general company and department specific orientation.
2. Focus Groups – talking with several new employees
and managers about their ideas for a successful
orientation process.
3. Design – developing the program and resources for
your new orientation process.
4. Pilot – roll-out and refine the process with new
employees.
